Shropshire Council has identified Shifnal will need to find sufficient land for approx 1,500 units up to 2038. Their preferred site option is Lodge Hill but Nurton Developments believes its proposals for Upton Lane make a viable ALTERNATIVE site, as explained in this display/website.
